Dahi Wada
Crispy fried lentil (urid daal) balls in a slightly spicy ginger, coriander, yogurt sauce. A favorite! Don't miss this one!
Papadums
Lentils soaked and made into a paste, mixed with a special masala and garlic, then rolled paper thin and fried.
Samosa
Vegetarian : Flaky pastry filled with a spicy potato filling.
Meat : Flaky pastry filled with a spicy meat and cashew filling.
 
Specialty Indian Breads
Garlic Naan
This is a traditional Indian bread made from white flour, eggs, milk and yogurt, baked on the side of the tandoor, then brushed with fresh minced garlic roasted ghee and sprinkled with black onion.
Paratha
This is a pan fried multi layered whole wheat bread.
Stuffed Paratha
Multi layered whole wheat Paratha stuffed with potatoes and spices.
 

Non-Vegetarian Entrees

All entrees include steamed basmati rice, cucumber raita, tandoori garlic naan and an assortment of traditional condiments.

Murgh Makhani
Also known as tikka masala, this classic dish is considered the ultimate tandoori preparation. Pieces of chicken marinated overnight in yogurt and tandoori masala, roasted in the tandoor pot to impart a smoky tandoor flavor. Simmered in a beautifully rich tomato butter sauce and garnished with fresh coriander leaves and garam masala.
Gosht Saag Pudeena
Tender lamb rack marinated in yogurt, garlic, coriander leaves, ginger, mint and spices. Roasted in the tandoor medium rare. Served on mint scented creamed spinach. Topped with assorted wild mushrooms and tangy fresh mint chutney.
Budak Korma Zardaloo
Roasted duck breast simmered in a classic Korma almond sauce with paneer stuffed apricots, garnished with coriander leaves and apricot chutney.
Masala Jhinga
Prawns sauteed in butter, sealed in a spicy garam masala and fresh coriander leaf coating placed on radicchio leaves topped with julienne white radish.
Bombay Machi
Select cuts of Pacific Halibut filets marinated in ginger and spices, then coated with a paste made from tamarind, coconut, special fish masala, garlic and coriander, then rolled in chick pea flour and fried to a flaky doneness.

Malai Kofta
This dish was served at the table of Maharajas in India. It is made from freshly made Indian cheese formed into balls then stuffed with raisins and pistachio nuts and baked in a satiny smooth sauce of almonds, spices and coriander.
Vegetable Bhaji
Fresh seasonal vegetables and assorted wild and farmed mushrooms sauteed and finished with a velvety rich sauce of onions, garlic, bhaji masala, yogurt, cream and garam masala.
Palak Paneer With Assorted Mushrooms
Fresh assorted seasonal greens, paneer and assorted varieties of freshly gathered wild and farmed mushrooms, seared in pungent mustard oil, chiles, roasted garlic and spices. This is a delicious variation of a classic punjabi dish.
Shahi Subji Korma
This classic Korma consists of carrots, potatoes, turnips, peas and paneer braised in a ivory-white almond yogurt sauce. This exquisite dish is considered one of the ultimate Indian vegetarian delicacies.
Bhendi Masala
Coveted in India for it's health benefits, okra is not only healthful but absolutely delicious in this preparation. Tender young okra is fried in a special masala which is then simmered in a creamy cashew sesame sauce.
Mutter Paneer
This classic preparation has many variations throughout India. This one is a real winner. Young sugar snap peas and paneer simmered in coconut milk, nuts, spices and fresh coriander.
Royal Biryani
This traditionally festive dish is normally reserved for special occasions in India. The elaborate preparation starts with first steaming the Basmati rice and then baking it in a mixture of saffron, vegetables, spices and topped with assorted mushrooms such as morels, shitaki, oyster mushrooms and Paneer (Mild, Indian cheese made with cow's milk). It is garnished with boondi, nuts, coconut and coriander leaves. This is finally crowned with pure silver leaf.
